How do I refer from MAYA without Position reference?
Employee will have to Organization's MAYA chatbot link and go to "Refer"
Go to "REFER SOMEONE"
Upload resume of your referral and form will come autoparsed for most of the fields except noticeperiod of the candidate.
When you submit you might be redirected to this page ,
If the referrals that you have submitted has the required skills , experience and location match for an already open position it will show that position to you and you will get an option to tag the profile to that position , however if there are no matching positions ,you can do "submit " on this page
How to refer with a position reference?
Please click on the link for Position reference, it will redirect you to MAYA.
Please go to Refer someone .
You will be able to see the name of the position and position code on Top and you can refer for position directly.
How do I check the status of my referral on MAYA?
When you go to "Refer" tab on MAYA , you will be able to see all your referrals cards on the same page
