In Candidate Tab, Recruiter can view "In Process" And "In Pool" Candidate.
In Process: All the candidates who "in process" will either be tagged to a position or in some step of hiring for any open position.
In Pool: It is overall candidate database i.e Candidate Pool. It includes all candidates who are Tagged, Untagged, In Process, Joined, Rejected, Applicant Declined.
