If Candidate profile already exists in talentpool
1) Go to "Candidate" tab
2) Go to "In Pool"
3) Search Candidate: By name or by mobile number/email as unique key
4) Click on candidate card
It will open candidate profile on talentpool
5) Click On "Action" and select "Shortlist"
6) Seach Position
Click On Submit
Candidate gets shortlisted for position
