A) Upload without position: Creating a resume bank in a centralized system.

  • A1) Click on "+ Add New Candidate" button at the left bottom on the dashboard.



  • A2) It open window to upload resume


  • A3) Select Resume file/ Files(Bulk upload)

                pdf , doc and docx file allowed



  • A4) Talentpool read resume file and parse name, email shows on the screen


Click on Next button

  • A4) Candidate form (Left Pane): Candidate form open at left pane, Name. email, skill , mobile number auto parse from resume and auto filled in form. The recruiter can change/modify info if required.

        Resume(Right Pane): Recruiter can view info from resume file



Default Mandatory fields: Name, email, mobile number, source, experience.


Following data will be auto-parsed from the candidate resumes

a.    Email

b.    Name

c.    Mobile Number

d.    Secondary contact if present in resume

e.    Skills

f.    City if present in resume

g.    Educational history if institute and degree both present in master

h.    Experience

i.    Current Employer

j.    Employment history

k.    Current CTC and expected CTC if present in resume

l.    Date of Birth if present in resume


If bulk uploading, go to candidate verify info and click on save,

Click on "Import All"


  • A5) Resume will get import and can view on "In Pool"





B) Upload for some position

  •         B1) Go to position Tab

                        1) Click on "Position" Tab

                        2) Click on "+ Add New Candidate" button against position 

                        3) Select "Upload Resume" button



  • B2) Process is the same as shown in A2 to A4

  • B3) Candidate gets shortlisted for the position.
