Where do I get a notifications for all activities happening with candidates?
You have the option to check notifications in context to movement of candidates in steps on the bell icon .
This is the Activity log .
You will get the option to follow positions and get notifications of all candidates on position by checking into this .
You will be automatically following a position if
- A position is assigned to you as Position owner
- Someone includes you in the any step of the hiring process
Once you are following a position you will be able to see notifications for
- Import of a candidates
- Position Assignment to you
- Candidate movement from all steps of Hiring .
If you want to check the positions and candidates that you are following, you can go to "Candidates and Positions I'm following"
You will be able to search and unfollow positions and candidates incase if you are looking to do the same before the closure of that position.
Once a position is closed the position and candidates in position will be automatically unfollowed.
If you want to follow any candidate individually without being assigned to that candidates position, you can
select candidate and choose the follow option in "More " on Candidates page.
