1). Can I as a recruiter, bulk shortlist the candidates imported on Talentpool for a specific position?

Yes you can.

You can only bulk shortlist the candidate who are not in process, ideally the candidate who are in general pool, with status as untagged. As shown in image below, you can select multiple candidates>> Click on 3 dots (More) on the Right side of the instance and shortlist the candidates.


 

Once you click on Shortlist, you will be re directed to a page, so that you can select the position listed as shown in the image.



.2). If I bulk shortlist the candidates, do the candidates receive an email?

No.
