Q.Can I email the candidate personally from Talentpool ?
Incase you want to send out any email communication from Talentpool to the candidate on his email id , you can go to candidate card ---> actions tab ---> and then go to email
You can type your matter on the body and mention the subject , also you can add attachments if any.
When you send this email it would go from the email address that is mentioned on your Talentpool id that you login with.
Please note that you will only be able to send out communications from Talentpool, in case if the candidate sends you a reply to the email that you have sent , you will not be able to see it on Talentpool , you will have to go to your email address from where logged in
