Q. What happens when a resume is not parsable and cannot be imported on Talentpool? Is there any way of getting the candidate in Talentpool?
Parsable CV - A CV on which words are selectable is a parsable CV.
There might be some cases where resume of the candidate will be in Pdf format but still you might get an error while trying to upload.
Please check if the CV is parsable., Incase it is not , you can ask the candidate for parsable CV.
OR
You can upload a Mircrosoft word file with the name, email address and phone number of the candidate
Once the card of the candidate is created, update the resume on candidates card with the orginal resume that was not getting imported
