Q. I uploaded candidates against a position. Why is my candidate showing IN POOL and not IN PROCESS?
You have sourced the candidate against the position, however the candidate is not shortlisted yet , hence he is still showing in pool.
You can check for such candidates in the source tab
To see these candidates “IN PROCESS" you have to shortlist these candidates ,under actions.
