There are 2 ways,
1)If you have more than 10-20 resumes, you can send the resumes to central mail id that is integrated with Talentpool Inbox with the position code in subject line.
2) Go to the position and "Add new canddiate"
On the below upload screen you can select upto 10 resumes to upload and upload all of them at once
