Recruiter can schedule interview if

1) Hiring step is schedulable

2) If recruiter mark as an organiser in hiring process



On dashboard, a recruiter can view the number of candidate on schedulable step.


Click on it it will shows candidate 



Click On candidate card, It will open candidate profile ,




Click on "Schedule Interview" to schedule interview

              1)   Select Date, Time, Interview duration, location, Mode of interview

              2)   Interview panel: Name for selection in interview panel box is depend on hiring process.

                    In hiring process interview panel member defined for step.

              3)  Enter inteview mode details: Organiser can enter more details about interview like skype                       id, zoom link.

                    Talentpool will send mail to all stakeholders(organizer, interview panel, candidate) that                         mail will have these details.

            4)    Venue: Linked with google map, click on google map, select location on google map.


Click On Submit



Reminder


While scheduling interview Recruiter(Organiser) have option to on/off send reminder to stakeholder.


Note: 1) On schelduing interview talentpool will definately send first scheduling mail to                                      each stakeholder.

            Only reminder which will trigger 15 minite before interview can be controlled.


        2) Scheduling activity trigger mail to all stakeholder with calender invitation(ics file) 

            If candidate/interviewer has accepted/declined mail invitation then organiser (recruiter who                 scheduled interview from talentpool) will receive it on mail box. It ensure that recruiter get                    confirmation/ declined from candidate or interviewer.
