In Candidate Tab, Recruiter can view "In Process" And "In Pool" Candidate.
In Process: Can see all those candidate which as of now processing for hiring for open position.
In Pool : It is overall candidate database i.e Candidate Pool. It includes all candidate Tagged, Untagged, In Process, Joined,Rejected, Appliacnt Declined.
